Cobblestone Homes is seeking a Customer Success Manager to serve as the trusted point of contact for our clients, ensuring they have a seamless, enjoyable, and rewarding experience from the first inquiry to move-in day and beyond. This role requires a customer-centric approach, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to guide homeowners through their journey with clarity and confidence.

As the Customer Success Manager, you will act as both a client advocate and a consultative salesperson, ensuring that every homebuyer is educated, engaged, and excited about their new home. You will be responsible for developing strong relationships, addressing client needs, and helping homeowners navigate the process with ease. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for homebuyers, ensuring an exceptional experience throughout their journey.
  • Educate and guide clients through the home-buying and building process, proactively addressing concerns and setting clear expectations.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with customers to foster loyalty and referrals.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience, providing tailored recommendations and solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, design, finding customer care, and construction, to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve client concerns with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a positive outcome.
  • Maintain detailed client records and follow up consistently to ensure satisfaction.
  • Participate in company events, parade homes, open houses, home tours, and customer appreciation initiatives.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Passion for customer service and relationship management.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, detail-oriented, organized, and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or client success, preferably in real estate, homebuilding, or a related field.
  • High level of organization and ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a commitment to excellence.
