We are looking for happy, professional and welcoming staff to join the friendly team at the Cobblestone Hotel & Suites, Hutchinson. The Guest Service Representative accommodates guests of the hotel while maintaining a positive attitude and assisting customers in person and on the phone. They also go above and beyond, solve problems with the given resources, manage emotional customer situations with professionalism, look for ways to improve and promote quality and pay attention to detail.
Main responsibilities include:
- Operating telephone switchboard station in order to answer telephone calls.
- Processing guest requests for wake-up calls, screening calls, and other requests related to placing or receiving telephone calls.
- Answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns.
- Receive, record, and relay messages accurately, completely, and legibly.
- Log all guest requests or issues into computer, contact appropriate individual or department and follow up with guest to ensure their request has been met to their satisfaction.
- Perform Night Audit tasks as trained.
