We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and order of our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests and residents.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Sanitate surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment for residents and guests.
- Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning.
- Launder linens and towels according to established protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs promptly.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment issues.
- Assist with light cooking or meal preparation as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies while performing duties.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean efficiently and effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of custodial practices and cleaning techniques is advantageous.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
- A willingness to learn new skills related to floor care and sanitation methods.
