Join our team at Cobblestone Hotel and Suites of Mosinee, WI! We are seeking a team-oriented part-time Maintenance Person. Our goal is to provide a high-quality experience to our guests at all points of their stay, and of course, a well-maintained property speaks volumes.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other departments.
- Perform routine repairs to ensure the hotel's facilities are in optimal condition.
- Report status of repaired items in a timely basis.
- Inspect property on a scheduled basis for preventative maintenance.
- Interior of property.
- Exterior of property.
- Plumbing.
- HVAC and PTACs.
- Electrical.
- Drywall.
- Janitorial duties.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Be polite and attentive to guests and their needs.
- Ensure standards are met.
- Report to work punctually, dressed in full uniform, and well-groomed.
Skills
- Familiar with standard hand tools.
