Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services during breakfast hours, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area.
Duties
- Prepare and set up the breakfast area, including food stations and beverage dispensers.
- Ensure all food items are fresh, properly displayed, and replenished throughout service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and equipment.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality food offerings.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and address any concerns promptly.
- Support banquet services as needed during special events or peak times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred; experience as a dietary aide or in banquet settings is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
