- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel management or guest services is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of hospitality management software is a plus
- Bilingual/multilingual candidates are highly desired
