Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure that all areas are kept clean and organized, including guest rooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas.
- Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, scrubbing, and waxing as necessary.
- Manage housekeeping supplies and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for all.
- Collaborate with other team members to uphold high standards of cleanliness and hospitality.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or inquiries.
Experience
- Previous experience in custodial services or housekeeping management is preferred.
- Familiarity with hotel or hospitality environments is a plus.
- Experience in industrial cleaning may be beneficial for specific roles within the organization.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this position.
