Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently to meet the standards of cleanliness required in residential and commercial environments.
- Execute floor care duties, including sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning as needed.
- Ensure that all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly maintained.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning tasks.
- Assist with laundry services as required, ensuring linens are clean and well-presented.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in housekeeping management or a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and equipment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement or additional care.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of proper sanitation practices and the use of cleaning agents is essential.
- Flexibility in working hours, including weekends or holidays if necessary.
