The Cobblestone Hotel & Suites Victor, ID is Urgently Hiring energetic and motivated individuals to join our front desk team for the overnight Audit Shift, 11 pm - 7 am. Front Desk positions entail running financial reports, balancing guest accounts, checking guests in/out, informing guests of local attractions/sights, light cleaning, laundry, and resolving guest issues and concerns all while providing exceptional customer service. Seeking flexible and hard-working candidates Strong Customer Service background preferred.
Summary
As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations during the night shift, ensuring exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction. Your core skills in hospitality and guest services will be essential as you manage check-ins and check-outs, handle inquiries, and resolve issues. Utilizing your premium skills in night audit processes and hotel management, you will ensure accurate financial reporting and maintain the integrity of hotel operations. Your ability to communicate effectively, possibly in multiple languages, will enhance guest relations and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere. Qualifications
