About Us:
The Cobblestone Hotel is dedicated to providing exceptional service and a welcoming environment for our guests. We’re seeking a reliable and friendly individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent, specifically for night audit shifts.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Part-time, 3 nights per week (Night Audit Shifts).
- Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
- Perform nightly audit procedures, including balancing accounts and preparing reports.
- Address guest inquiries and ensure their needs are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Handle hotel laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding.
- Perform light lobby cleaning to maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
- Handle emergencies and communicate with management as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and stay alert during night shifts.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel software is a plus.
