Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our facilities are well-maintained, safe, and functional. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot various maintenance issues. This position requires a hands-on approach to maintenance tasks and a commitment to upholding high standards of safety and quality.
Duties
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structural components.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management.
- Conduct repairs on equipment and fixtures as needed.
- Pool maintenance experienced is encouraged.
- Assist with preventive maintenance programs to extend the life of equipment and facilities.
- Document all maintenance activities accurately in the maintenance log.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects or repairs efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of general repair techniques for plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and management.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and standing for extended periods.
- A valid driver’s license may be required for travel between locations.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
