Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night Auditor. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. Responsibilities:
- Perform night audit procedures to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and guest accounts
- Verify and balance daily revenue, including room rates, taxes, and other charges
- Prepare and distribute daily reports to management and relevant departments
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with check-ins and check-outs during overnight shifts
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, reservations, and room availability
- Ensure the security of the hotel by monitoring surveillance cameras and reporting any suspicious activity
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to provide excellent customer service to guests
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
