About the Role
As a Workflow Integrations Developer, you will help design and build integrations that extend CobbleStone’s contract management software to various web services and applications. This role will be part of the iPaaS team, collaborating closely with system analysts and stakeholders. You will be responsible for designing backend solutions but some interface design, developing workflow integrations and implementing workflow automation using services like Workato. While your primary focus will be backend development, you will also work on user interfaces when necessary.
Qualifications
Candidates without the requisite ASP.NET/C#, REST API, and SQL experience will not be considered.
Requirements
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience developing REST APIs
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience using ASP.NET/C# including working with SQL triggers, stored procedures
· Minimum of 1 year experience working with .NET Core and wrapping APIs for integration
- At least 1 year experience with workflow automation tools like Workato or similar
- At least 2 years’ experience with JavaScript, including TypeScript and React
- Experience writing technical documentation for APIs, building applications with MVC, Swagger, Dependency Injection, and Multithreading
- Solid application design, coding, testing, maintenance, and debugging skills
- Familiarity with cloud environments, microservices, and API management practices
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of development requests for workflow integrations, including estimation, planning, development, testing, and deployment with minimal rework
- Diagnose and resolve escalated support tickets in a timely manner, meeting CobbleStone’s policies and procedures
- Ensure software deployed is scalable, reliable, and maintainable
- Work closely with analysts to interpret system/business requirements and create user stories, providing work estimates
- Build and implement integrations using Workato for business workflows
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate openly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Contribute to the design and implementation of user interfaces where necessary for seamless user interactions with integrated systems
- Write and maintain thorough documentation for the effective use of features, improvements, and fixes for training, compliance, and customer service
