Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Legal Analyst to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in legal research and analysis, with a focus on contract review. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while providing critical support to attorneys in various legal matters.
· Review legal documents to company standards and regulatory guidance;
· have prior experience with legal review and legal analysis
· Lead negotiations; research law, investigates facts, and prepares documents;
· Prepares legal documents; review various contract agreements, bid documents, proposals; manage agreements;
· Assist with compliance with regulations and laws;
· be reliable and maintain a routine schedule, be detailed; interact well with others; handle multiple tasks; take direction managers, customers and company;
· prior paralegal experience required.
· answer calls and emails related to legal review and other clerical duties;
· review employee regulations, policies.
· review industry regulation and assist with compliance.
· review state, federal and government regulations and assist with compliance; tax compliance;
· great communications skills and task management skills.
· expert documentation review skills; expert with MS Word and legal document review.
· highly organized and schedule appointments; lead meetings and take detailed minutes.
· write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms;
· assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and filings;
· develop and maintain a legal filing system; participate in education of employees & clients, create blogs;
· update and maintain office policies and procedures.
· manage and maintain contact lists.
· audit company procedures for compliance.
· knowledge of office management systems and procedures; learn CobbleStone products and industry;
· working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines;
· proficiency in MS Office (MS E-Mail, MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular);
· excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work;

· In-depth understanding of CobbleStone products and features as required by your specific role.
· Respond to internal and external related inquiries or requests and aid other staff members as required.

· Work with CobbleStone team members, where necessary, to recommend solutions that support the company mission and goals.

· Retain strict confidentiality obligations of company policies and those if its clients; inclusive of not participating in, responding to surveys/questions, or posting company/client/vendor/employee or non-public information on social media sites or other public sources.
· Maintain compliance with PTO and time-off policies, security policies, and comply with applicable laws, regulations, and client contract obligations; strive to schedule all time-off in advance and coordinated with manager and Human Resources.
· Be reliable, professional, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
· Assist with meeting Companies goal of client revenue grow, client retention, profitability goals.
· May require travel, may require long period of time at a computer and other physical activities.
· Adhere to company policies and procedures.
· Assist with other duties assigned as required to achieve company’s mission.
