Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will join our fast-growing cloud software company to assist in tactical marketing planning and execution of our webinar sessions, advertising, social media, conferences and other events, direct mail and email campaigns, and marketing collateral. We are looking for an enthusiasticWebinar Specialist to help us in our marketing efforts with a focused a role in the development and execution of CobbleStone’s webinar strategy and marketing plans. The Webinar Specialist should be a competent professional able to understand business to business software client behavior trends and generate creative ideas. You should also be well-versed in specialized marketing concepts, principles, and tactics.
Responsibilities and job duties include but are not limited to:
· Lead the coordination of webinars, virtual roundtables, and other virtual and in-person marketing events
· Support the development of strategic and tactical marketing initiatives for our webinar and event strategy
· Develop and use CobbleStone’s webinar project plan to execute webinars – set a timeline and plan task deadlines
- Lead the webinar strategy, topic, goals, etc.
- Host CobbleStone’s Masterclass events
- Promote CobbleStone’s Masterclass events
- Responsible for scheduling, rescheduling, and cancelling all webinar related meetings
- Coordinate and communication appropriate details to internal and external speakers
- Create registration form/page aligned with company and event branding – and work with Web Specialist to create event landing page
- Promotion strategy — creating and implementing social media and email campaigns
- Monitoring registration and waitlists
- Running an event rehearsal to test technologies and address any concerns
- Day-of availability for troubleshooting and assistance
- Post-event recording management, reporting, and analysis
· Work with external parties – clients, partners, vendors, etc. – in planning and executing webinar details
· Track webinar performance – total registrants, total attendees, follow up communications, demos scheduled, etc.
· Analyze webinar performance and ROI monthly, quarterly, and yearly
· Assist with social media interaction – for example, LinkedIn and Facebook groups for event promotion
· Support Marketing Administrator with tasks – in-house marketing letters, boxes, etc.
· Support Event Coordinator with tasks – gathering conference materials for shipment
· Assist with list cleaning
· Partnering with other departments to ensure proper messaging and relevancy.
· Researching new channels for relevance/trend identification.
· Additional assignments as requested by management.
Qualifications:
· A clear understanding of marketing concepts, terminology, strategies, and execution of concepts
· Strong written and oral communication skills.
· Understanding of how to develop business content for social media networks (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, You Tube, etc.)
· Prior exposure to Microsoft Office products Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
· Demonstrated organization skills.
· Comfortable communicating individually or within groups.
· Dynamic, creative, and self-driven with the ability to work well both with a team and independently.
· Graphic design experience will be considered a plus but not required for position.
Education and Experience:
· Associate’s degree or pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
· Experience working on and completing multiple projects simultaneously.
· Understand and adhere to company, team and department’s policies and procedures.
· Understand and work toward meeting the company’s mission and corporate goals, such as but not limited to: assist or perform duties related to customer acquisition, customer satisfaction, customer retention, risk mitigation, an/or cost savings.
· Understand your job duties and metrics; perform annual trainings as request by the company.
· Professionally manage duties, be on-time, detail tasks management, client feedback and suggestions.
· In-depth understanding of CobbleStone products and features as required by your specific role.
· Respond to internal and external related inquiries or requests and aid other staff members as required.
· Schedule calls, meetings, tasks, planning events, implementation, training, maintain the team’s agenda
· Work with CobbleStone team members, where necessary, to recommend solutions that support the company mission and goals.
· Take direction from management, directors, superiors, and others and provide advice in a professional manner.
· Professional communication and team interaction.
· Perform general office duties inclusive of answering phones, emails, meetings, and other related job duties.
· Retain strict confidentiality obligations of company policies and those if its clients; inclusive of not participating in, responding to surveys/questions, or posting company/client/vendor/employee or non-public information on social media sites or other public sources.
· Maintain compliance with PTO and time-off policies, security policies, and comply with applicable laws, regulations, and client contract obligations; strive to schedule all time-off in advance and coordinated with manager and Human Resources.
· Be reliable, professional, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
· Assist with meeting Companies goal of client revenue grow, client retention, profitability goals.
· May require travel, may require long period of time at a computer and other physical activities.
· Adhere to company policies and procedures.
· Assist with other duties assigned as required to achieve company’s mission.
· Respond to internal and external related inquiries or requests and aid other staff members as required.

· When asked: assist and/or lead the mentoring of other staff.
· Understand your roles, job duties and metrics.
· Perform general office duties inclusive of answering phones, emails, meetings, and other related job duties.

· May require travel, both in the US and International (can be overnight for multiple days)

· Miscellaneous:
· Must have excellent English communication skills.
· Must be able to legally work in the United States, must pass background, criminal, and drug testing.
