Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real-World Data (RWD) Programmer to join our consulting team. In this role, you will be responsible for distilling ideas into clearly defined questions or probe to understand the asks clearly to support Real-World Researches or Health Economics.
Qualifications
- Education: BS/MS in a quantitative discipline: Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, Operations Research, Computer Science, Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Health Economics or related field.
- Experience: 5 years of experience in statistical analysis programming supporting RWE, health economics, outcomes research, or related fields. Must have experience with large claims, an EMR database, such as Market Scan, HealthVerity, Comodo, Optum, Flatiron, etc
- Technical skills: Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SQL, SAS) in analyzing large databases (claims data, EMR, EHR). Nice to have Python and R.
- Analytical skills: strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate, create analytical data files, interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Communication skills: excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Team player: ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Also can work independently with min guidance

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
