Help us transform and renew old properties suffering from years of neglect and create new beautiful, clean spaces for new families and individuals to call home.
Work side by side with hands-on owners improving multi-family residences in Springfield, Ohio and Urbana, Ohio.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- You will work independently and with coworkers to improve and maintain multi-family housing.
- You may be called upon to work on any step of the remodeling process including demo, drywall, paint, carpentry, plumbing, flooring, lighting, tiling, finish and cleaning.
- You may assist in the general maintenance and repair at all properties including issues such as lock replacement, water leaks and clogged drains, HVAC troubleshooting, apartment cleaning, trash pickup and removal, landscaping, snow removal, material pick up and delivery.
- You will courteously interact with vendors, inspectors, and residents to serve and solve problems.
Special Skills/Education/Experience Required:
- Experience in the industry is valuable, but not necessary if you are willing to learn.
