Title: Assembler
Report to: Shop Supervisor
Job Location: Buffalo, NY
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Bolting of piping systems for skidded equipment
· Able to work from arrangement drawings & piping and instrumentation diagrams
· Able to work with hand tools (drills, grinder, etc.)
· Capable of drilling and tapping of holes up to ½” in diameter
· Ability to drive a tow motor
· Able to use overhead and jib cranes
· Able to work independently, follows instructions
· Work safely by following both OSHA and Cobey’s safety rules and regulations
· Other duties as assigned
Special Requirements:
· Must know how to work with bolting flanged and gasketed connections, including adhering to torque requirements.
· Able to lift 50 lbs.
· Need to provide personal tools
· **Welding skills a plus**
· **Basic pipe fitting a plus**
Credentials and Experience:
· Requires a high school diploma/GED
· One year technical training or work experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
