Overview
Summary / Objective :
- Responsible for the technical / operational leadership of complex development programs within guidelines set by program manager and customer. Defines, generates and reviews project requirements documentation. Performs technical studies to analyze and refine project requirements. Monitors project to ensure work scope, schedule and budget are well defined and maintained. Provides the coordination between resource managers / supervisors and ensures all necessary reviews and approvals are received. Responsible for conducting performance / project reviews during life cycle of development through production transfer.

Salary Range : $130,000 - $201,000 annually (San Diego, CA).
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
