Overview
The BD Operations Manager provides a single point of contact for quote / proposal process and execution of all quotes / proposals for the MS division supporting program managers, business development, and account managers to provide responsive, compliant, and compelling proposals to customers. Tasks include :
- Analysis of RFQ / RFP requirements and coordination with program management and business development to construct the strategic and tactical proposal and business capture plan, schedule, and activities required to meet proposal delivery dates.
- Management of proposal development and delivery by coordinating departmental or cross-functional teams and crisp execution of the proposal approval process.
- Analysis and development of operational processes, escalation procedures and training for improving service delivery and win rate.

Analyzing sales data to identify trends, measure performance, and inform decision-making.
Collaborate with and coordinate inputs from Business development, Program management and Sales team.
Creating and maintaining sales tools, dashboards, and operational processes to streamline sales activities.
Providing sales teams with necessary tools, training, and support to optimize their performance.
