As a part-time Deli Clerk, you will provide remarkable customer service by creating a fun and friendly atmosphere and actively engaging guests through product samples and suggestive selling.
Responsibilities:
Slice, weigh, package, and label meat and cheese products for our guests
Prepare and dish up salads
Serve food to guests through the hot case (as applicable at location)
Ensure the deli case and product areas are stocked with merchandise and visually appealing
Prepare meat and cheese trays, veggie trays, and other department products to be merchandised and sold in the store
Follow food safety guidelines and all health, safety and sanitation regulations
Requirements:
Must be at least 16 years of age or older; Hornbacher's age requirement for this role is 18 years of age or older
