Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage 401(k) plans, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Utilize ADP payroll platforms to process payroll, maintain employee records, and generate reports.
-Oversee and manage the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve onboarding programs to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
-Conduct exit interviews and manage the offboarding process to ensure compliance and smooth transitions.
-Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and regulations to ensure company policies and procedures are in compliance.
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
- Support the HR team in various projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on administrative duties.
- Proficiency in handling 401(k) plans and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of ADP payroll platforms and payroll processing.

- Proven experience in managing onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation and training.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
