About the position
COC Consulting is looking for a part-time in-house counsel. Assignments suitable to experience and skill level will include pre-suit preperation, employee disputes and related items, civil case handling, collections activity, demand letters, contract drafting and review, advise on operations, and management of other counsel in other states.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Licensed NV attorney
- 4 years of experience in employment and business / contract law
- Experience with small to midsize business in healthcare is ideal
- Capable of handling demand letters
- Contract review and drafting
- Negotiations in settlements on collections
- Management of other counsel in other states
- Desired personal attributes include independent thought, proactive
communication, collaboration, follow through, competitive spirit, high ethical standards and attention to detail
