Job Summary
The Field IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing on-site technical support to our clients. This role involves on-site and remote technical support for end-users. Troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring IT equipment, and ensuring optimal performance of IT systems. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused approach.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide positive and high-quality interactions with a customer-first Service to our clients.
- Provide on-site technical support to clients, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment such as computers, printers, and networking devices.
- Perform regular maintenance and updates on IT systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist with the setup and deployment of new IT infrastructure.
- Document and track all support requests and resolutions using the company's ticketing system.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues.
- Provide training and support to clients on the use of IT systems and software.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to IT security and data protection.

Key Skills and Abilities
Education Requirements
Associates degree or equivalent experience in Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Years of Experience
2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
Required Travel
Willingness and ability to travel as required based on business need
Work Environment
This position is onsite and requires 5 days per week in office
