Job Overview
The Charitable Giving Specialist is responsible for providing analysis of giving program performance. This role will also manage the intake, review, repository, and reporting of applications submitted to the Charitable Giving program. This includes thoughtfully reviewing over 1,200 applications annually. This will require connecting with non-profit partners (domestically and abroad) and the completion of a robust due diligence process to ensure the appropriate stewardship of funds - with a strong bias for confidentiality and keen attention to detail. In addition, this role will be accountable for maintaining the team's information database through the collection and entry of new data and for running reports and analyzing data trends from the database. The Specialist facilitates Corporate Giving team communications to non-profits, vendors, and other internal / external partners, with a high degree of professionalism. The Specialist assists with the overall Charitable Giving team objectives through ad hoc projects and Culture & Care team events.
