- Partner with functional leaders to understand business needs and translate them into talent management strategies.
- Develop and implement talent strategies that drive business growth, employee engagement, and workforce optimization.
- Utilize tools and technology to track , monitor and report results.
Employee Development & Performance Management
Provide guidance on career development and leadership opportunities, helping employees maximize their potential.Create tailored training and development plans to address skill gaps and future talent needs.Teammate Engagement & Retention
