SAP Transportation Management Lead

Position Overview: 

The SAP Transportation Lead is accountable for managing transportation design, development, integration, testing and deployment of solution in the new SAP environment S4 HANA.

At this moment the Coca-Cola Company is implementing the SAP S/4 Hana solution globally in all Business entities, including Concentrate, Bottlers, Copackers and Flavor manufacturing.

This role will work as part of the Coca-Cola Order to Invoice (OTI) from the technology side and will interact with the Business leads to understand transportation/Logistics requirements and transform them into solutions.

This role will also oversee the multiple project integration points between the supply chain workstreams like SD (for outbound transportation), P2P (for inbound transportation) and EWM to enable a comprehensive end to end testing process for Transportation Management

This role will be a global role and the delivery responsibilities include communication with different SAP implementation design and delivery teams to ensure solutions testing completion on time and on budget.

Function-Specific Activities/Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing the overall strategy for the SAP TM and integration systems (OTM, LBN, EWM & GTS)

• Experience delivering solutions designed for complex global supply chains- in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, Blueprinting, conducting Work-in sessions with business users, process owners & IT Stakeholders, and building Functional design documents, configuration, Test scripts and testing, leading deployments

• Extensive solution design and development experience with SAP S/4 HANA Transportation Management

  • Freight Settlement, Freight Order Management, TM Master Data Structure (Locations, Lanes, Rates, MoT, Resources), Package Builder

  • Experience in configuring planning profiles, selection profiles, conditions and schedules, Post processing framework (PPF).

• Integration Experience in SAP Logistics integration with 3PLs & External Carries using EDI/XMLs using various middle ware systems like SAP PI/PO, Web Methods, MuleSoft and Enterprise service builder.

• Experience with TM integration to embedded SAP S/4 HANA EWM is preferred

• Knowledge and/or Experience of SAP LBN, SD, P2P and WM is a Plus

• Industry experience in Food and Beverage manufacturing, especially Beverage

Responsibilities

• Deliver solution in alignment with Coca-Cola's TM global template

• Consult solution design team on best-in-class practices

• Lead or supervise the assignments of other team members

• Responsible for ensuring adherence to the global template for Supply Chain Solutions.

• The role will work closely with Concentrate, Operating Units and other Supply chain organizations teams to understand the ERP program functionalities that need to be incorporated in the multiple deployments.

• The role will work with the Solution Delivery and Design teams to ensure the business solutions are tested effectively. The role provides key input to design and execution of testing processes and provides executive level status reporting related to testing activities.

• Thought leader of associates and bottler personnel who do not directly report to candidate. 

• The lead will have experience and expertise in project management, SAP implementations, resource utilization, and On-Site ERP Deployment.

Job Requirements:

Functional Skills and Knowledge:

• The role will require Supply Chain expertise to quickly understand and adapt to the local and global business processes.

• Experience with min 3 Full Cycle SAP ECC and min 3 S/4 Hana Implementation and testing processes in the areas of SAP TM

• Complex program management / implementation, influencing and communication skills

• The role requires appropriate communication skills, and the ability to lead highly complex and cross-functional initiatives.

Base Salary:  $126,427 to $148,518

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, are offered.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree Required

Years of Experience: Min 8-10 years of relevant SAP TM experience

This role could be located anywhere with preference in USA. Low to medium international travel requirements.

Certification: SAP Transportation Management 9.5 (Preferred)
