Job Overview
2nd Shift Full Time Automation Lead
Mon-Sat (2pm-10 : 30pm)
Pay Starting at $22.40
The 2nd Shift Full Time Automation Lead will assist and facilitate case-picking and sorting activities within an assigned portion of the automated warehouse utilizing computers, software, and complex machines; proactively monitor upcoming orders; guide and assign teammates to the appropriate areas to ensure efficient operation. This role will also provide performance-based feedback; direction of work and guidance to the assigned team; assist in interviewing potential candidates; support any specific area of responsibility and, or Team as designated by the Warehouse Manager. Finally, the Automation Operator I must adhere to all established CCCI safety procedures and policies, while multi-tasking and making sound proactive decisions in a noisy and time-sensitive environment.
