  • Compensation: $25/hour
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 am -5:00 pm, with flexibility to cover later shift until 6:30pm ad hoc
  • Basic Requirements: Office experience, Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), experience with SAP a plus!

Job Description

The Office Administrator performs settlement and/or cashiering duties within a Sales & Distribution Center in accordance with standard company procedures.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Process AP invoices and check requests
  • Create purchase orders
  • Assist in AR inquiries
  • Maintain departmental trackers
  • Assist internal/external customers
  • Assist in uploading/scanning documents
  • Assist with driver route delivery documents
  • Backup to Cashier as needed
  • Ad hoc assignments

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent required
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred
  • 2-5 years of experience in an office environment required
  • Experience in cash room environment preferred
  • Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel and Word
