Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Partner will execute Coke Northeast’s full life cycle recruitment and partner with key stakeholders to establish and develop Talent Acquisition strategies. The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for ensuring a sufficient volume of qualified talent is provided for their designated territory to meet workforce needs by identifying, developing, and implementing sourcing initiatives, as well as, ensuring all pre-employment testing is fulfilled.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage candidate expectations and engage talent throughout the hiring process
- Collaborate with Human Resources and key stakeholders to streamline the hiring process
- Partner with Hiring Managers to identify recruitment needs
- Identify and implement appropriate recruitment strategies
- Source active and passive candidates to build out a recruitment pipeline for future hires
- Lead Hiring Events hosted at Coke Northeast Sales Center
- Communicate and network weekly with local institutions
- Work closely with key stakeholders to influence effective recruiting approaches and set realistic expectations on time to fill, compensation, candidate pool quality, and market feedback
- Work to ensure diverse, inclusive, and equitable hiring practices
- Oversee the completion of various talent acquisition projects and initiatives
Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- 2 years of related full life cycle recruiting experience preferred
- Ability to travel within our Coke Northeast region (10% travel)
- Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills
- Proficient computer application skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines
- Valid driver’s license, driving record within policy guidelines, and insurance that meets company requirements.
- Ability to occasionally travel, as business needs require.
