Pay : $115,000-$145,000 based on experience and qualifications Annual Bonus Potential of 25%

Position Responsibilities :
The Regional Fleet Operations Manager provides thought leadership, coaching and guidance to employees and managers. Including maintenance costs and spending at budgeted levels to build and maintain a high performing team
As the Regional Fleet Operations Manager, you will serve as a subject matter expert to operating companies in the areas of fleet management, safety, and compliance while ensuring alignment of regional processes, protocols, and procedures
You will analyze all operating metrics, providing guidance on trends and developing prompt actions to correct performance issues or inefficiencies while identifying opportunities to reduce expenses
You will lead assigned projects by developing timelines, identifying necessary resources, and addressing barriers to achieve defined objectives
