Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements.
- Ensure point-of-sale advertising meets the company's merchandising standards.
- Maintain optimal shelf allocation, product levels, and product rotation in displays.
- Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
- Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes.
- Communicate daily with customers, coworkers, and shoppers to resolve issues and follow up on concerns.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A valid driver's license, current vehicle liability insurance, and a clean driving record are mandatory.
- Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
- Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50 pounds, kneel, bend over, and reach above head height.
- Excellent planning and organization skills, with strong attention to detail and follow-up.
