Large Store Focus
Route Coverage : Missouri City, Sugar Land, Richmond, and Rosenberg
Work days / Shift Hours : Full Time; Must be able to work Weekdays and Weekends / 6am - Until route completed
Valid Drivers License Required, Merchandising / Stocking preferred
Compensation : Starting pay ranges from $18.50 to $25.58 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
- Point of Sale advertising according to the company's merchandising standards
- Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
- Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
- Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
- Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers
