Job Description
The Reset Specialist plays a critical role in our organization, responsible for performing product resets according to pre-established plan-o-grams. This involves coordinating with customers to ensure brand, package, and promotional goals are reflected in store sets, communicating changes to customers, and selling incremental displays, equipment placements, and promotional programs. Additionally, the Reset Specialist supports the sales team by executing trade plans, placing racks, and ensuring accounts meet Look of Success standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in the beverage industry or customer service is preferred, along with the ability to lift 50 pounds and push/pull manual and powered material handling equipment. A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required, with 1-3 years of general work experience ideal.
