What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Sales Trainer - Spirits position at Coca Cola?
Position Responsibilities :
- Lead the deployment and implementation of sales development programs for Spirits to enhance employee knowledge and skills through effective communication, logistics, materials development, and class delivery
- Facilitate virtual and in-person sales development classes to improve employee expertise and performance
- Identify and assess current and future sales organizational learning needs by collaborating with key stakeholders and gathering input
- Track, monitor, and report on key learning metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement
- Provide subject matter expertise on key business initiatives and program launches, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Evaluate and analyze the impact of Spirits sales training programs on employees and the overall business, making recommendations to leadership to maximize success
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
- Other duties as assigned
