Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee daily maintenance issues, ensuring all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently.

Manage projects related to facility upgrades or repairs, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
Conduct regular inspections of the properties to identify areas needing attention or improvement.
Collaborate with external vendors for specialized maintenance tasks or repairs as needed.

Requirements
Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team in a maintenance or facilities setting.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC operations, and industrial maintenance practices.
Experience with Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Excel, Word
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
