Looking for individual with experience scheduling maintenance crews and finding, scheduling, and overseeing various maintenance issues in any of our properties across 35 states. Individual should be highly motivated and organized with the ability to multi-task. Would need to check on local jobs to ensure work completed and handle any issues which may arise.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee daily maintenance issues, ensuring all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently.
- Lead and supervise maintenance staff, providing guidance and support in troubleshooting electrical systems and HVAC units.
- Manage projects related to facility upgrades or repairs, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
- Conduct regular inspections of the properties to identify areas needing attention or improvement.
- Collaborate with external vendors for specialized maintenance tasks or repairs as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report on facility performance metrics.
Requirements
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team in a maintenance or facilities setting.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC operations, and industrial maintenance practices.
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Excel, Word
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and maintaining a safe working environment.
