Cochise Animal Hospital is seeking a full-time Veterinary Receptionist that has:
- at least 1 year of veterinary customer service experience
- weekend availability
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet clients in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner
- Answer multi-line phone system and direct calls accordingly
- Maximize clinic productivity through proper scheduling and confirmation of appointments
- Prepare, record, and maintain any required documents or medical records
- Keep hospital facility disinfected, organized and neat
- Obtain deposits and payments from clients
- Utilize computer systems like email applications, chat support, and veterinary programs
- Educate clients on veterinary services and care
We are open: Monday - Wednesday 7am-7pm, Thursday and Friday 7am-6pm, Saturday & Sunday 8am-6pm
