We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including patient scheduling, office workflow, and staff coordination.
- Manage front office staff and provide leadership to ensure the highest level of customer service.
- Handle patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care.
- Ensure patient check-in and check-out processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate patient records, billing, and insurance processing.
- Collaborate with medical providers and staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Train, supervise, and schedule office staff as needed.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Manage office supplies and ensure necessary inventory is maintained.
- Ensure compliance with all HIPAA and healthcare regulations.
- Assist with marketing and patient outreach initiatives.
- Handle other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an office management or administrative role.
- Strong budgeting skills with experience in financial oversight preferred.
- Knowledge of billing preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with event planning processes and execution.
- Proficient in clerical duties, including document preparation and data entry.
- Knowledge of medical office management practices is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on professional phone etiquette.
Previous experience as a Medical Office Manager is a requirement.
