The Slide Attendant is critical to ensuring the overall atmosphere of the waterpark meets or exceeds Coco Key Water Resort and guest standards. The Slide Attendant is responsible for the supervision and safety of our guests utilizing waterslides and surrounding water play areas; while providing safe instruction, displaying professionalism, ensuring proper and safe dispatch, checks heights, etc. No matter the situation, Coco Key Water Resort Water Slide Attendants are trained to respond and ensure all guests enjoy a safe and fun environment!

Essential Functions:

Greets guests arriving at the pool

Responsible for maintaining guest safety in all pool areas, demonstrating professional and consistent adherence to all pool safety standards

Maintains the safe use of the water slides

Provide safety instruction and supervision to guests at the waterslides and surrounding play areas

Enforces the rules and regulations of the waterpark and water slides

Advises aquatics management of unsafe and unsanitary conditions

Provides superior customer service to all guests by assisting all in a polite and expedient manner

Maintain waterpark including towel inventory, cabana rentals, and cleanliness of surrounding areas

Perform any other job-related duties as deemed necessary

No experience required; training provided

18 years of age preferred

Must be flexible regarding scheduling as it is based on business demands to include weekend and holiday availability

Physical Requirements:

Sit or stand for extended periods of time

Capable of prolonged exposure to hot and humid environments

Ability to climb multiple flights of stairs

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 per hour
