What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cleaning Technician position at Coco’s Cleaning Services, LLC?
Coco's Cleaning Services LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual for a part-time evening cleaner(s). This position is located in Lanham, MD (Prince George's County).
Frequency of services is 1x a week on Tuesday’s with an arrival time of 5:30 pm. If coming on as a contractor you will get paid $200 once a month (end of month). Employee's will be paid $25 an hour bi-weekly for time worked.
Hours offered at this location 1 to 2 per week.

Requirements-
Pass background check; Have reliable transportation (Your Own Vehicle); Provide 2 to 3 references; Bring your own supplies & obtain general liability insurance listing us as the certificate holder (contractors); Employees, supplies will be provided by us, and Complete onboarding process.
*The interview will be in person and consist of a test clean which is "Non-Paid" to determine if this position is a good fit.*
*Commercial Cleaning Experience is a plus*
