Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and motivated Business Development Account Executive to join our team and drive strategic growth within key accounts in the technology sector. This role focuses on expanding our technology consulting, staffing, and reselling solutions across high-value accounts, transforming our brand from a traditional service provider to a trusted partner delivering innovative technology solutions.
As a BD Account Executive , you will lead strategic planning, uncover new business opportunities, deepen account engagement, and meet or exceed sales and pipeline targets. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and clients to design and deliver solutions that address complex business challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Account Management : Build and sustain strong, executive-level relationships with technology sector clients, becoming a trusted advisor who understands and addresses their unique business challenges.
- Sales Process Leadership : Guide the sales process from proposal through close, ensuring successful deal closures and alignment with client needs.
- Opportunity Identification : Leverage insights into industry best practices and emerging technology trends to identify opportunities for technology solutions within key accounts.
- Collaboration & Solution Design : Work closely with internal subject matter experts and delivery teams to create strategies that position Cocolevio as a comprehensive technology solutions provider.
- Revenue & Gross Margin Targets : Consistently achieve pipeline, booked revenue, and gross margin targets, with a focus on driving high-margin growth.
