Salary & Benefits:
- Anticipated Hiring Range: $81,581 - $101,976/annual - depending on education and experience
- Full Salary Range: $81,581 - $122,371/annual - depending on education and experience
- Cafeteria Plan: In addition to the base compensation, benefits-eligible employees receive an extra $5,640 per year to put toward benefit costs or to be used as additional take-home pay
- Paid Holidays: 21 (including a full week off between Christmas and New Year’s Day and over Spring Break)
- Vacation & Sick Leave: Approximately 17 paid vacation days & 9 paid sick leave days accrued annually

Digital Marketing
- Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, web, texting and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team on content creation, including video, photography, graphics, and copywriting, to effectively engage diverse audiences.
- Works with the Communication and Outreach Coordinator on social media strategies for lead generation.
- Writes engaging, relevant, persuasive copy for a variety of digital platforms and outlets.
- Stays current with industry best practices and trends.
- Performs Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) functions to increase website and posted media traffic.
- Runs retargeting campaigns with custom audience lists and lookalike audiences.
- Design campaigns that reflect and celebrate CCC’s diverse community, including outreach to rural and underserved populations.
- Ensure content is accessible and inclusive, following digital accessibility standards.
- Manage and optimize communication flows in Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (or other marketing automation platforms) to engage prospective students and other audiences effectively.
- Use Google Analytics 4, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, and other tools to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
- Conduct A/B testing and audience segmentation to refine messaging and improve ROI.
- Develop and manage the digital marketing data dashboard in Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.
- Monitor key online marketing metrics to identify trends and insights and optimize digital ad buys.
- Oversee website updates and maintenance to ensure content accuracy, functionality, and alignment with SEO best practices.
- Create and optimize landing pages for marketing campaigns, ensuring effective lead generation and user engagement.
- Integrate marketing tools like Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement into website workflows to enhance automation and analytics.
- Collaborate with the IT team on technical website maintenance and resolve issues such as broken links, slow load speeds, and accessibility compliance.
- Maintain a user-friendly, inclusive online presence using content management systems such as WordPress or Joomla.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Communications team to develop integrated campaigns that support CCC’s mission and strategic priorities.
- Work closely and collaboratively with others in the multiple departments to create and schedule content along digital channels in a planned and cohesive manner.
- Make presentations, as assigned, to others based upon activities and outcomes of this role.
- Collaborate with the college recruitment team and other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with enrollment goals.
- May take photos and videos for content needs.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership/perspective for adoption.
- Work within the assigned digital advertising budget and make recommendations for budget adjustments.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Expertise in digital marketing platforms, strategies, and analytics, including SEO, PPC, and marketing automation.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM or similar platform and marketing automation platforms such as Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) or HubSpot, including the ability to design and manage communication flows, perform audience segmentation, and analyze campaign performance.
- Experience with texting platforms such as Mogli and their integration with Salesforce, including creating and managing SMS campaigns, automating communication workflows, and leveraging texting analytics to enhance engagement strategies.
- Proficiency in Canva with a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with AI tools and technologies for marketing, such as ChatGPT.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft engaging, persuasive content.
- Strong proofreading and editing skills to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines across all digital and written content.
- Strong analytical and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards, diversity in marketing, and inclusive practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- At least three years of experience in digital marketing, including managing digital ad (Meta, Google Ads, etc.) campaigns and marketing analytics.
- Proficiency in using content management systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, Google Analytics 4).
- Demonstrated experience creating multimedia content for digital platforms.
- Four or more years of experience in digital marketing with a strong portfolio of campaigns.
- Advanced knowledge of web development tools such as HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
- Experience working with diverse audiences and creating content that reflects an inclusive brand
