What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Parts Counter Associate Genesis position at Coconut Creek Automotive?
Must have Dealership experience CDK Preferred
Responsibilities:
- Assist front and back counter, retail customers, wholesale, via phone, email, and in person.
- Build and sustain customer relationships with a friendly personality
- Work back counter assisting techs with parts needs
- Working knowledge of the parts sales process from start to finish
- Document and submit a special order request
Parts Wholesale :
Answer phone calls and quote and sell parts to Genesis customers. Sell parts on retail counter.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years Parts Inside Sales experience
- Self-starter, great attitude, high integrity, and energy
- Professional appearance
- Bilingual a plus
- Proficient in CDK, MS Office Outlook, Excel and Word a plus
- Clean/Valid Florida Driver’s License
- Dependable transportation
- Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
- Good knowledge of automobiles
- Good reading, computer, and mathematics skills
- Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications
