Job Summary
Cocoon, Inc. seeks a seasoned executive to lead its Textiles department in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Manage the complete product life cycle, including prototyping, design & documentation, manufacturing, logistics, and quality assurance.
- Maintain vendor relationships and customer relationships, including military program management offices and prime contractors/OEMs.
- Work closely with Engineering to manage the supply chain, adherence to the quality management system, and product innovation.
Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in managing highly specified products.
- 5 years of experience in military product/program management.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft programs and basic accounting principles.
