The opportunity Cocoon is looking for a seasoned marketer to fill in for our Sr. Product Marketing Manager while she’s on parental leave. We are a lean Marketing team, and everyone chips in where needed regardless of official swimlanes. Cocoon’s product is evolving quickly with lofty growth goals in 2025—this is a great opportunity for a generalist or product marketer to get exposure to many facets of a Series A company with a technical product in the fascinating, complex space of employee leave.

You will report to our Staff Content & Community Marketer, Ryley, with additional oversight from our VP of Revenue, Grace10-15 hours of work per week from February - June 2025Schedule expectations :
Most work can be done async on your own timeAt least two standing meetings per week (one with Marketing, one with Product)We are a Slack-heavy team. We’d ask for a 24-hour response time for Slack messages, plus an agreed-upon “office hours” block (1-2 hours per week) where you are online and available to chat via Slack.
