The Role:
As the Program Manager, you will be at the heart of our residential operations, providing effective leadership that motivates, inspires, and supports our dedicated staff. You will collaborate closely with the Director to optimize program outcomes and service utilization, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance with regulatory and agency standards. Your leadership will be crucial in supervising program staff and overseeing programmatic activities.

Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in a human services discipline.
- 4 years of paid full-time experience in the social services field, with at least 2 years of direct behavioral health counseling and clinical experience in a community behavioral health treatment setting.
- 4 years of supervisory experience.
- CADC II certification within 24 months of hire.
