Coda is representing a $100B Alt Asset Manager, heavily focused in PE, Credit and Real Estate investment strategies. This role operates within a Generalist capacity, with a focus on Talent. This position will be project focused, and have opportunity to work as a Business Partner.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HRBPs to manage the talent management process (i.e. performance reviews, year-end comp, promotions, etc.)
- Manage and analyze performance, comp, education and other datasets to share with key leaders
- Assist with new hire onboarding, terminations, and organizational movement within the HRIS
- Assist with programming for the DEI strategy, from planning strategy, to events and budgeting
- Projects for the firm L&E, New Hire events, leadership events and trainings, and leadership coaching
- Conduct research for improvement of firmwide tools
- Research employee engagement trends and gather competitive intelligence
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree required
- 3-5 years in an HR Generalist, HRBP, L&D or Talent Management role
- Experience in Financial Services required, experience in Alt Asset Management a plus
- Experience with Workday a plus
Salary : $115,000 - $140,000
