Our client is a Global Investment Manager that has been building out their internal teams within Private Equity Fund Sectors. This team would be handling Multi-Strat PE and Infrastructure Investments.
They have opened a newly created roles at Associate level for their Transaction Management Team supporting their Investment/Deal Team. This team is responsible for investment transaction deal closing support.
Responsibilities
- Drive transaction execution, deal compliance, resolutions, and executive approvals.
- Support Investment/Deal Team; working with Finance, Tax, and Legal to close deals.
- Analyze transaction equity documents and direct finance funding
- Lead and handle inquires from internal and external team
- Manage transactions and deal pipeline
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree is a Must, Master's a plus
- 3 - 5 years experienced in transaction management documentation support or deal closing
- Strong Experience analyzing Private Equity transaction deal documents
Our client is a total compensation organization where you will be eligible for a base salary and discretionary performance bonus, including benefits. The estimated base salary range for this position is $95,000-120,000 plus bonus.
