What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Analyst - Private Equity position at Coda Search│Staffing?
Coda is working with a well established, mid-sized real estate private equity firm. They are looking to bring on a Business Analyst to work closely on its BI systems and performance projects and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects along business intelligence ad performance management
- Lead initiatives that calculate property level returns and property financials
- Utilize data engineering to meet business requirements - this could include creating workflow diagrams, mockups, and testing plans
- Review data sources and improve data warehouses using available tools
- Drive progression of projects throughout the entire project lifecycle
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance. Econ, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or CompSci
- 3-5 years in a business analysis or project management role within financial services, ideally within real estate or private equity
- Strong, hands on experience with Power BI
- Experience with SQL, and building reporting/dashboard tools with Power BI, Power Query, PowerPivot or Qlik
Salary : $110,000 - $135,000
